Originating from Barcelona, Sika embodies much of the passion and vibrancy that is typical of the Catalan region. In her role as Head of People and Culture, Sika has been responsible for implementing many of the company’s HR initiatives, as well as driving growth, employee wellbeing and diversity.
Striving towards becoming an employer of choice for the architecture and design industry, she has introduced many of the current policies. The recently implemented Paid Parental Leave is just one example of how Sika is spearheading the cultural shift towards equality and greater work-life balance at Turner.
For Sika, the opportunity to guide some of the overarching strategies within the practice drives her enthusiasm and dedication - whether it’s through recruitment, training, development, career growth or mentorship.
