The project will deliver approximately 360 apartments, in 4 buildings ranging in height from 9 to 24 storeys, and a high level of amenity, with almost 800 sqm of shared internal communal facilities.

The proximity to train, metro and light rail allows for unrivalled connectivity to the broader city. That and the project’s short distance to key employment hubs such as Westmead Hospital, UWS, and Parramatta CBD make this a prime location for Build to Rent.

Facilities are generally co-located near the main concierge and front-of-house to allow for ease of management and use. Each building enjoys rooftop communal terraces with expansive views.

The architectural character is defined by a vertical brick pattern to the lower buildings, with the tower having a strong horizontal graphic of white concrete spandrels. The result is highly-articulated facades and a dynamic streetscape for the emerging precinct.
