Waterstone is a community shaped by its landscape. Five mid-rise buildings are woven into a native green spine that invites calm and connection, offering spaces to gather, play or pause.
Inside, the interiors feel timeless and warm. Natural stone, textured joinery, and soft lighting create homes that are both contemporary and relaxed. Every apartment is light-filled, with adaptable layouts and a strong sense of privacy and place.
Communal spaces extend the sense of home – from the heated outdoor pool and spa, poolside pavilion with fireplace and dining terrace, gym, infrared sauna, co-working lounge, resident workshop and wild play areas for children.
The design is grounded in a deep respect for its setting. From the soft transitions between indoors and out to the generous proportions and considered material palette, Waterstone offers a retreat within the city. A place to live well, every day.
