The south coast of Sydney is well known, a short drive from the city and very popular as a destination but lacking in sophisticated hospitality venues and accommodation.
Understanding this, a developer secured a large secluded site and plans a golf-orientated resort development with incredible views to the escarpment, hinterland and coast.
The design includes a course-side residential development, new clubhouse, function centre and spa, and exclusive 6-star escarpment resort.
Each component of the development is sited and designed to capture the special nature of the site, capture views and vistas over the site and surrounding landscapes and to promote the South Coast as a destination for luxury accommodation, recreation and functions.
