Inspired by the rich heritage of the area, The Kensington pays homage to its surroundings with brick detailing and proportionality, reflecting the federation context whilst integrating a new era of contemporary living to suit the area’s changing demographic.
Inside, the apartments offer a variety of configurations with a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Each apartment features thoughtful, modern design with well-proportioned bedrooms, functional living spaces, work-from-home areas, and private balconies. The SOHOs are 2-storey home office apartments, designed to provide the ideal place to work, and live simultaneously.
The project emphasises connectivity and community, featuring a rooftop communal space that is essentially the ‘backyard’ of the development, communal spaces throughout the building, and vibrant retail offerings on the ground floor.
From its modern-day amenities, and commitment to creating a connected lifestyle, The Kensington embodies the pinnacle of urban living in Sydney.
