Sekisui House Australia believes that an enduring and sustainable society is one that is based on a balanced, global eco-system, where all people can live in comfort.
Turner translated these values into The Orchards Display Suite with a high-tech, expansive display suite that includes dramatic sales displays which drew over 500 people through its doors on the opening day.
Each element has been designed as a complimentary piece of the narrative, from the central orange tree, the model, materials and planning displays, the immersion room and finally the 2-bedroom apartment.
The suite can and has been adapted and updated for each phase of the masterplan.

Inspiration

The display suite echoes the ethos of The Orchards masterplanned community; harmony with nature and the very best in technology and exemplary design.
Like the masterplan, the display suite pays homage to the history of the site.
The location holds historical significance as the epicentre of a flourishing industry that sustained the Hills Shire community economically and socially, enriching the lives of families for generations.
It's where the name 'The Orchards' comes from and inspiration for the orange tree planted within the display suite.
An elevated retail experience, where buyers are immersed in the community through storytelling and design.
