The mixed-use tower features 143 boarding house rooms for students, along with a mix of retail and commercial spaces in close proximity to key public transport and tertiary education hubs.
The building articulation and sculpted nature, the stepped skyline composition of the facade, and the layering of the materials and finishes all contribute to creating a singular identity for the building.
The material and colour palette is influenced by the existing heritage buildings, as well as the changing context that provides a transition between the past and future.
Student rooms will include kitchenettes and ensuite bathrooms and are designed to cater to various living arrangements.
The development also features a number of communal spaces, including a pedestrian through-site link, a landscaped courtyard and roof terraces, study rooms, a cinema and meeting rooms.
