Hills Showground Precinct East is located beside the Castlehill Showgrounds Metro Station and the new vibrant retail and residential precinct, Hills Showground Village.
Precinct East will deliver a range of housing types across 7 buildings, including affordable housing. The precinct has been designed in conjunction with Group GSA, with Buildings A, B and C designed by Group GSA; and Buildings D and E by TURNER.
The development boasts diverse and premium communal spaces located within internal courtyards, podium space and rooftop viewing. A beautifully landscaped 3,200 sqm public park will be at the heart of the development. Public artworks by First Nations artist Jamie Eastwood will further contribute to the community.
