Illoura Place re-interprets the historic urban grid and later industrial and textile industries, stitching together both social and urban fabrics to form a statement tower in the heart of Liverpool.
Along the ground plane, the proposed active retail frontages add life and vibrancy to the surrounding streetscape, located in close proximity to Westfield Liverpool, University and TAFE campuses and Liverpool Hospital.
The proposed retail is complimented by a landscaped public laneway providing an oasis within the Liverpool CBD.
The tower offers apartments with extensive outlooks, with residents enjoying access to amenities including outdoor gardens, a pool, gym and lounges.
The development will integrate with and expand local land uses as a part of an active future urban realm. It will be held as build-to-rent accommodation for the Essential Worker Housing Program for the client.
