Everything seems remarkably possible when talking to Kevin Driver. Perhaps it’s his work experience across countries – he’s worked in London, Jarkarta, Dublin and Sydney – and on projects of all scales that helped forge this innovative spirit.
Kevin’s ability to think beyond preconceived parameters is echoed throughout Turner; considering he has been with the company since its fledgling years, this is little wonder. His open-minded disposition has a way of breaking silos to reveal more fluent ways of connecting – in terms of design and his team.
It’s evident that this community-minded approach is pivotal to Kevin’s work and value system: from building strong and synergetic relationships with his internal team and clients from across the world, to the affinity he feels for community-centric projects that offer a better way of life for people.
His emphasis on creating open and responsive teams and relationships directly translates into better buildings for the people who use them and the community they are a part of.

"The Esplanade has it all. Adjoining a lake next to a shopping centre it is also a renewal of the old ice rink site. The high quality residential tower is complimented by a lower rise commercial office building over lakeside restaurants. Good architecture displays the two connected buildings appearing separate. The Judges were particularly impressed with the integration of the public waterfront and the buildings entry and forecourt. Almost fully occupied this fine development is a great example of mixed use success. It builds well on the success of Norwest mixed community."
