Theo’s seemingly boundless energy is underscored by a thoughtfulness, with his passion centred on community and collaboration. While he started his career on private residential projects, he’s since moved into and found a love for designing complex bespoke buildings that speak to a community – ‘social living rooms’ as he calls them.
This passion for creating positive change is why Theo works more on the front end – the DA and concept side – as it’s here he feels he can make more long-term changes that impact the community and increase connectivity.
It’s little wonder that Theo and Turner have a long history, given that he encompasses the values of community and collaboration. His interactions with clients and his team are based on symbiosis, transparency and active listening. He enjoys listening to others’ ideas and his emphasis on strong leadership gives him the tools to get the best out of the team, internally and externally.
