Victor Torroglosa
Associate

Email LinkedIn

With more than 15 years of experience across a diverse range of project typologies, Victor brings a grounded and holistic approach to architecture and urban design. Having worked across mixed-use, residential, hospitality and large-scale developments, he understands the complexities of projects not only as design challenges, but as opportunities to create places with long-lasting purpose and value.

Victor has been involved in every stage of the project journey — from early feasibility and strategic thinking through to design development, construction delivery and Advice During Construction (ADC). This breadth of experience has shaped a practical and
collaborative mindset, allowing him to navigate projects with both creativity and realism, always balancing vision with delivery.

Having worked internationally across Spain, China and Australia, Victor brings a culturally informed perspective to his work.
Exposure to different ways of living, building and shaping cities has provided him with a rich architectural and cultural understanding that continues to inform his approach to design. He values the opportunity to translate these diverse influences into projects that
are responsive, meaningful and deeply connected to place.

At the core of Victor’s approach is a long-standing interest in materialising ideas — transforming concepts into meaningful, buildable outcomes. He is driven by the belief that strong projects are founded on clear objectives, thoughtful vision and a genuine
understanding of why a place matters. For him, architecture is not simply about creating beautiful spaces, but about giving form to ideas that positively shape the way people live, connect and experience the built environment.
Working closely with clients, consultants and project teams, Victor values collaboration as an essential part of the design process. He is particularly passionate about projects that combine ambition with purpose — where thoughtful design can create real impact, respond to context and ultimately become places people genuinely connect with.
