Milena brings a rigorous nature to Turner, highly technical and focused, yet full of wisdom and grace. Throughout her vast experience in the industry, she has obtained a unique depth of knowledge about processes and technicalities.
Having been with the practice for over 10 years, Milena’s role as BIM leader means she oversees the architectural and office standards. She is regularly updating the BIM systems and created a BIM manual for the practice, which she teaches to younger and new staff, to ensure that procedures and regimes are created and followed.
For Milena, the interaction between humanity and science is of particular interest. It’s a clear inspiration for her work, as she’s constantly finding ways to share her knowledge of the latest technologies and industry developments with the practice.
