The design features a raised podium, which unites the two towers and hosts an elevated courtyard garden. Meanwhile, the ground floor is ‘carved’ to create ample retail and hospitality frontages for commercial tenants to activate the precinct.
In the levels above, flexible workplace tenancies are planned, with other spaces designed for a fitness centre and medical practice.
The building is designed to feel like a garden, with a park-like experience for visitors and residents. The theme of connecting to nature continues through the apartments, with district views to nearby points of interest like the river and parkland.
Close proximity to the park and transport hubs ensures the design puts residents, both current and future, at its very heart.
