Cosmopolitan is a collection of parkside residences in the beating heart of Parramatta CBD. Adorned by sanctuary gardens and floating above welcoming retail laneways, it’s an oasis within a bustling city.
The design features a raised podium, which unites the two towers and hosts an elevated courtyard garden. Meanwhile, the ground floor is ‘carved’ to create ample retail and hospitality frontages for commercial tenants to activate the precinct.
