Holding the corner position adjacent to Redfern Station, Col James is part of the Pemulwuy precinct, offering accommodation for local, international, and First Nation students.
The first stage of the Sanctuary Masterplan, Landing features apartment living that celebrates the riverside location of Wentworth Point. The strong connection between architecture and landscape reinforced the theme of "one with nature".
